Bid Invitation
Initiate a bid creating an RFQ in the BidBid Platform. Pre-set input help Make it an easy and fast process. Specify your requirements, quantities, delivery timelines, duration of the bid and any other relevant criteria.
Supplier Participation
Suppliers you’ve onboarded onto the platform will receive notifications of the RFQ and are invited to submit their bids. You can choose which suppliers are invited. They will have access to all the relevant information provided to submit their price.
Real-Time Bidding
Once the bidding period begins, suppliers can submit their bids in real-time through the BidBid platform. As bids are submitted, they become immediately visible to you.
Choose to reveal prices in real-time to suppliers allowing them the flexibility to revise their bids as they see fit during the bidding period.
Automatic Notifications
Throughout the bidding process, BidBid automatically notifies you and participating suppliers of any bid updates or changes, keeping all stakeholders informed in real-time.
Final Bid Evaluation
Once the bidding closes, You will select the bid that meets your criteria, it will go for second level of approval and the supplier will be awarded instantly.
